No Refund Policy
- No Refunds: Once a purchase is made, we do not offer any refunds under any circumstances.
- This applies to all products, including but not limited to gifts, hampers, flowers, home décor items, and personalized items.
Exceptions
- The only exception to this policy is if you receive a damaged or defective product. In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at contactsparrowtrails@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will review your case and, if applicable, provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

- Slight variations in handmade products are not considered defects and are part of their unique craftsmanship.
